How to Place an Order

Online Ordering

Ordering online is easy on our site. First, simply click on the order button next to the product of your choice. This will take you to the shopping cart that will summarise your order. Once you have checked that the shopping cart contains the product(s) you ordered, simply click on the proceed to checkout button and enter your details and delivery details as instructed. Once you have entered your details, proceed to the secure payments page where you will be asked to enter your credit/debit card details.

The system will then check the card details, and once approved, your order will be confirmed and be ready for processing. You will receive automatic confirmation via e-mail that your order has been accepted and is being processed.

Telephone Ordering

Simply telephone 0800 043 6996 or  02073212231 between the hours of 9.00am to 6.00pm Mondays to Fridays, and, and our sales advisors will assist you. We are able to process Amex payments over the phone or in the shop.

Ordering Times/Deadlines

We can normally honour same day deliveries for orders placed until 3.30pm for central London postcodes. For Next day delivery the cut off time is 16.30pm.

Delivery and Important Information for Wedding Items

  1. Colour
    Each of our Wedding items is available in a choice of colours as stated
  2. Notice Period
    For Wedding Collection orders we require 1 week's advance notice. For example, an order for a Wedding Collection received on Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday, 1 week later.
  3. Delivery
    At present we are only able to deliver to addresses within Central London post codes: SW1, W1, W2, WC1, WC2, NW1, NW3, NW6, NW8, SW3, SE6, SW7, SW10, SE1, EC1, EC2, EC3, W14, E1, E2, N1, N7, N5 for a delivery charge of £20.
    For addresses outside this region we may be able to assist for an additional charge. Please telephone us on 0800 043 6996 for further information.
    We are only able to deliver each order to only ONE delivery address as specified at the time of ordering on our website.
  4. Availability
    Wedding Collections may be ordered up to 30 days in advance - subject to availability. In the event of seasonal supply difficulties we reserve the right to substitute the roses and flowers or packaging of equal quality and value. The offer is not available on Sundays, Xmas weekend, New Year's eve or St Valentine's day.

  6. Cancellations
    Cancellations and changes are possible up to 72 hours prior to delivery.
