Next Day Delivery Service
Most Orders received before 16:30 can be delivered the next day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on Monday and Tuesday respectively. No deliveries are made on Bank Holidays or the day following a Bank Holiday. Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, between 8.00am and 5.00pm (except Bank Holidays).
Please note that Saturday deliveries can only be made to Central London post codes: *SW1, W1, W2, WC1, WC2, NW1, NW3, NW6, NW8, SW3, SE6, SW7, SW10, SE1, EC1, EC2, EC3, W14, E1, E2, N1, N7, N5*. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed. We can deliver to mainland UK only. (This excludes Northern Ireland and all offshore regions).
Same Day Delivery Service
Orders received 3.30pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) can be delivered the same day by 7.30pm for residential addresses, 6.00pm in offices. Same day deliveries are only available currently to addresses in Central London post codes: *SW1, W1, W2, WC1, WC2, NW1, NW3, NW6, NW8, SW3, SE6, SW7, SW10, SE1, EC1, EC2, EC3, W14, E1, E2, N1, N7,N5*. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed. We can deliver to mainland UK only. (This excludes Northern Ireland and all offshore regions).
Overnight Delivery Service
Overnight delivery is available Tuesday to Friday only. Delivery is available anywhere in the UK except to remote rural postcodes. Delivery to Northern Ireland is available for an additional charge - please call for details.

Other central London postcodes, i.e. outside SW1, W1, WC2: £8.50
Saturday and Sunday: £14.00
Overnight delivery: £6.99
Availability
Roses and bouquets may be ordered up to 30 days in advance - subject to availability. In the event of seasonal supply difficulties we reserve the right to substitute roses and flowers or packaging of equal quality and value.
Packaging
Fresh roses from us are arranged and wrapped by hand with a water bubble or aqua pack whenever possible and presented in a stylish box, delivered to the door.
Delivery Address
If you are requesting a delivery to a hospital or similar, please include the ward number in the "deliver to" section, e.g. Mrs A Floret A Ward. We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
